I worked closely with the backend team to ensure that the integration and functionality of various ERP modules, including fee management, staff management, and transport management modules, ran smoothly. Moreover, this multifaceted role demanded not only technical expertise and organization but also strong communication skills, since I had to bridge the gap between technology and the school community.
