I worked closely with the backend team to ensure that the integration and functionality of various ERP modules, including fee management, staff management, and transport management modules, ran smoothly. In addition, I proactively communicated with parents to address their concerns and provide timely updates, which was essential for maintaining a transparent and supportive school environment. As a result, parents felt more informed and engaged, which further strengthened the school community.
Moreover, this multifaceted role demanded not only technical expertise and organization but also strong communication skills, since I had to bridge the gap between technology and the school community. Through this process, I implemented innovative solutions that streamlined operations and improved the user experience for both staff and students.
